What makes Waterloo Gin unique?

Every bottle is a little piece of Texas. We distill with limestone-filtered spring water and a bouquet of Hill Country botanicals, striking a balance between bold and beautifully smooth. It’s gin with roots and refinement.

Where is Waterloo Gin made?

Waterloo Gin is proudly distilled and bottled in Dripping Springs, Texas, capturing the character of the Hill Country in every pour.

What makes Waterloo No. 9 special?

Waterloo No. 9 is our signature expression — a modern American gin that’s vibrant, balanced, and approachable. Bright lavender, zesty grapefruit, roasted pecan, and classic juniper create a clean, expressive flavor that works just as well in a simple G&T as it does in cocktails.

What makes Waterloo Barrel-Aged Gin unique?

Aged in first-use American oak barrels, Waterloo Barrel-Aged Gin develops the complexity of a fine whiskey with the finesse of gin. Expect floral and vanilla notes on the nose, nutmeg and leather through the mid-palate, and a warm cinnamon finish.

What about Prickly Pear & Rose?

Prickly Pear & Rose is our newest expression — a graceful gin that blends delicate rose petals and vibrant prickly pear with our signature botanicals. The result is refined, refreshing, and distinctly Texan.

Where can I find Waterloo Gin?

Use our Find Us page to see retail locations near you. You can also order online and have Waterloo Gin shipped to your door (where permitted).

Can I buy Waterloo Gin online?

Yes. Add your favorite gin to the cart and check out directly on our website. Orders are fulfilled by licensed, third-party retailers within the AccelPay network. Waterloo Gin does not directly sell or deliver alcohol.

Do I need to be 21 to order?

Yes. All purchases require a valid ID, and an adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

Where do you ship?

Online orders are fulfilled by licensed retail partners via AccelPay. We currently ship to most states in the continental U.S., though some states restrict direct shipping. PO boxes are not eligible for delivery. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm availability in your area.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet — but we’re working on it! International shipping is planned for 2026, beginning with the UK and the EU. We’ll share updates as new markets open, so keep checking back or join our newsletter for the latest.

Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping for online orders work?

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

How is my order shipped?

Orders ship via licensed carriers such as UPS or GLS, depending on the fulfillment partner and destination. By law, an adult 21+ must be present to sign for delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended or shipped to PO boxes.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Will my items ship together if I order merchandise and gin?

If your order includes both alcohol and merchandise, items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

What happens if my package can’t be delivered?

Alcohol shipments require an adult (21+) signature. If delivery is attempted multiple times and no one is available to sign, the package may be returned to the retailer and additional fees may apply. For questions about reshipment or refunds, contact onlineorders@waterloogin.com.

Who do I contact about my order?

Returns & Refunds

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be edited once placed. Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order ships, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins. Contact onlineorders@waterloogin.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Can I return gin if I change my mind?

No. By law, alcohol orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact onlineorders@waterloogin.com within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. Depending on availability, a refund, store credit, or replacement may be arranged.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
