Prickly Raspberry Bramble
Prickly Pear & Rose GinMethod:
In a rocks glass, add 4 - 5 fresh raspberries and simple syrup. Muddle until combined. Add chambord and lemon juice. Gently stir to combine. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Float the Waterloo Gin on the back of a spoon. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a fresh mint sprig.
