Prickly Raspberry Bramble

Prickly Pear & Rose Gin

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear & Rose, to float
  • ½ oz raspberry simple syrup
  • ½ oz chambord
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • fresh raspberries, to muddle plus more to garnish
  • fresh mint, to garnish

Method:

In a rocks glass, add 4 - 5 fresh raspberries and simple syrup. Muddle until combined. Add chambord and lemon juice. Gently stir to combine. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Float the Waterloo Gin on the back of a spoon. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a fresh mint sprig.
