Prickly Watermelon Smash

Method:

In a shaker add the watermelon cubes and simple syrup. Muddle until ingredients are combined. Then add the Waterloo gin, key lime juice, and ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a watermelon slice and key lime wheel.
