Raspberry and Rose G&T

Prickly Pear & Rose Gin

Ingredients:

  • 3 raspberries, to muddle, plus more to garnish
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • elderflower tonic water, to top
  • 2 oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear and Rose
  • lime wheel, to garnish

Method:

Place three raspberries and the lime juice at the bottom of a Collins glass. Gently muddle until combined. Add crushed ice. Then top with tonic water and a gin floater. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and raspberries.
