Waterloo Berry Sangria

In a large pitcher add the Waterloo Gin, white wine, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir until combined. Then add the berries and lemon slices. Gently stir. Refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.
Fill wine glasses with ice. Then fill the glass ¾ of the way full with sangria. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon thyme sprig and fresh berries.
