Blood Orange Amaretto Sour

Method:

In a cocktail shaker add fresh lemon juice and egg white. Shake vigorously. Add remaining ingredients with ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a blood orange slice.
