Prickly Pear & Rose Gin

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear & Rose
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz orange liqueur
  • ½ oz prickly pear simple syrup
  • 2 - 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • lime twist, for garnish

Method:

In a cocktail shaker add the gin, lime juice, orange liqueur, and simple syrup with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add the grapefruit bitters and garnish with a lime twist.
