Prickly Coconut Cooler

Prickly Pear & Rose Gin

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear & Rose, to float
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • coconut flakes, to rim
  • edible flower, to garnish

Method:

In a cocktail shaker add the coconut water, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a prepared tall glass filled with crushed ice. Float the gin on the back of a bar spoon to top. Garnish with a fresh flower.
