Prickly Pear & Lavender Sour

Prickly Pear & Rose Gin
  • 2 oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear & Rose  
  • 1 oz honey lavender simple syrup  
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice  
  • 2 - 3 dashes of peychaud’s bitters  
  • 1 egg white  
  • dried rose petals, for garnish  

Method:

In a cocktail shaker combine egg white and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for ten seconds. Next add the gin, simple syrup, bitters, and ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals.
