The Tiki Rose

Prickly Pear & Rose Gin

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz green herbal liqueur
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz orgeat
  • ½ oz white rum
  • 2 dashes of mint bitters
  • 1 ½ oz Waterloo Gin, Prickly Pear Rose, to float
  • lime wheel, to garnish
  • mint, to garnish
  • cherry, to garnish

Method:

Add the herbal liqueur, lime juice, orgeat, rum, mint bitters, and ice to a shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a tall glass with crushed ice, float Waterloo Gin on top, and garnish with lime, mint, and a cherry.
